Circular Economy Plasticizers

Stabilizers
Stabilizer products protect PVC from the high temperatures to which it is subjected during the transformation process. We offer various types of tin stabilizers and metallic salts (such as Ba/Cd, Ba/Zn, Ca/Zn) that provide thermal resistance in extrusion processes for flexible applications.
Ca/Zn Stabilizers and Metal Salts
Our Ca/Zn stabilizers are solid stabilizers designed for heat stabilization of flexible PVC compounds. They are recommended for stabilizing flexible and plasticized PVC compounds that will undergo calendering, extrusion, and injection molding processes. These stabilizers provide good stability, excellent initial color, and consistent color development throughout the process. They are also free of heavy metals and do not transfer odor
