Special use plasticizers
Our low-medium molecular weight polymeric plasticizer provides good resistance to extraction by aliphatic hydrocarbons and mineral oils to pvs mixtures. PVC compounds plasticized with carboplas 2000 have low tendency to migration and formulated together with ON Plasticizers, imparts rubber-like behavior to PVC compounds. It provides good resistance to extraction by oils and gasoline, promotes better grip to the floor when used in the preparation of compounds for the footwear industry.

Stabilizer products protect PVC from the high temperatures to which it is subjected during transformation. We offer various types of tin and metal salt stabilizers that provide thermal resistance in the injection molding of soles.
Ca/Zn Stabilizers and Metal Salts
Our Ca/Zn stabilizers are solid stabilizers for heat stabilization of flexible PVC compounds. They are recommended for the stabilization of flexible and plasticized PVC compounds that will undergo calendering, extrusion, and injection molding processes. These stabilizers provide good stability, excellent initial color, and consistent color development throughout the process. They are also free of heavy metals and do not transfer odor.

Ca/Zn Stabilizers and Metal Salts
Our metal salt stabilizers are a low-volatility salt complex that provides excellent initial color and color development, as well as excellent long-term thermal stability. They are recommended for the production of plasticized and semi-rigid technical PVC articles that will be processed through calendering, extrusion, or injection molding
