Stabilizers
Stabilizer products protect PVC from the high temperatures to which it is subjected during extrusion and injection processes, preventing thermal degradation. Our stabilizers for cables offer excellent thermal stability combined with high volumetric resistivity
Ca/Zn Stabilizers and Metal Salts
Our Ca/Zn/Al Stabilizer for cables is a solid complex with good electrical properties, suitable for PVC compounds used in electrical cable insulation. Due to its excellent initial color and stability at high temperatures, combined with outstanding volumetric resistivity, it is specifically designed for use in electrical cables rated for 105°C. These properties can also be utilized in cables rated for 90°C, 75°C, and 60°C with varying dosages. Due to its chemical nature, the ZCA-120 Stabilizer is environmentally friendly and lead-free product.

Lubricants
Lubricant products minimize the friction between the polymer and processing equipment, as well as internal particles, which allows a slippage that maintains productivity in the process. The types of lubricants are categorized based on their polarity with PVC and can be either internal or external.
External Lubricants
Our external lubricants promote fusion, help prevent polymer adhesion to equipment, increase productivity, and provide an excellent surface finish.
