Stabilizers
Stabilizer products protect PVC from the high temperatures to which it is subjected during extrusion and injection processes, preventing thermal degradation. Our cable stabilizers offer excellent heat stability combined with high volumetric resistivity.
Ca/Zn Stabilizers and Metal Salts
Our Ca/Zn/Al Stabilizer for cables is a solid complex with good electrical properties, suitable for PVC compounds used in electrical cable insulation. Due to its excellent initial color and stability at high temperatures, combined with outstanding volumetric resistivity, it is specifically designed for use in electrical cables rated for 105°C. These properties can also be utilized in cables rated for 90°C, 75°C, and 60°C with varying dosages. Due to its chemical nature, the ZCA-120 Stabilizer is environmentally friendly and lead-free product.

Lubricants
Lubricant products minimize the friction between the polymer and the processing equipment, as well as internal particles, which allow a slippage that maintains productivity during the process. Lubricants are classified based on their polarity with PVC and can be either internal or external.
