Stabilizers

Stabilizer products protect PVC from the high temperatures to which it is subjected during the transformation in calendering processes.

Metallic Salts Stabilizers

Our metallic salt stabilizers protect against thermal degradation and provide good color stability, excellent light stability, and transparency. It is a general-use plasticizer for most polyvinyl chloride transformation processes in semi-rigid and plasticized compounds.

Lubricants

Lubricant products minimize the friction between the polymer and processing equipment, as well as internal particles, which allows a slippage that maintains productivity in the process. The types of lubricants are categorized based on their polarity with PVC and can be either internal or external.

Lubricant

Our internal-type lubricant shows good compatibility with the resin and its additives, a property resulting from the polarity of the molecule. It enhances the performance of rigid compounds stabilized with tin mercaptides and also exhibits synergistic properties with calcium-zinc thermal stabilizers
